2. Wait for return instructions before sending the parcel.
3. Pack the item securely and use a tracked delivery service.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video so we can review the issue and help with the appropriate solution.
