The MAWAWORLD vibration plate includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering qualifying manufacturing defects under normal household use.

What may be covered

Confirmed faults in materials or workmanship affecting normal operation may be eligible for repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution after assessment.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect or unauthorised modification
• Damage caused by incorrect setup, storage or use contrary to the instructions
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Commercial or non-household use
• Damage caused during an unauthorised return

How to make a claim

Contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue and supporting photographs or video. Do not dispose of the product or return it before receiving instructions.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace, rights available under applicable consumer law.
