UK delivery

Our usual delivery estimate is 1–2 working days after your order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays or unusually high order volumes.

Order confirmation and tracking

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. When tracking is available, we will send the details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Check your delivery details

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has started.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delay, damage or delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check around the property and with household members or neighbours, then contact the courier and our support team. Include your order number so we can assist promptly.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and product before use and contact us as soon as possible.
